Worst automotive repair shop experience in my life hands down.

I had a great experience at Procare Automotive in New Braunfels.

Came to pick up my vehicle and still minor damage had to leave it. Called for a week after they had it the second time and no call back. Finally got a hold of someone to come get it. There to pick up the second time and the car was all muddy on the inside of the driver’s side. Not to mention when I looked closer, all the damage wan not repaired. No attention to detail or quality control. Very disappointed.

They did a great job on the bodywork but somehow managed to kill my battery. Now, nobody can find the jumper, and an hour after I paid I am still sitting here with a dead truck.Update: They did replace my battery, but I ended up being two hours later for work than I had intended. It is also perplexing that replacing the battery was not their first offer. Once you kill a battery, it needs to be replaced whether you can jump it or not. They also tried to tell me they would have to order one and I wouldn’t be able to get my truck back until next week. I had to insist that they go buy a battery right then and there. They do good work, but they have some efficiency and customer service issues.

I had a great experience working with Robert at Procare. He is very friendly and professional, and kept me updated through every step of the repair process. If I ever need more repairs I hope I will be able to go back to him! My car looks as good as new, and they even washed and vacuumed it out. I would highly recommend anyone who has vehicle damage to use Procare!
