Humiliating experience at this Home Depot! The customer service agent known as Amanda at the service desk provided exceptionally poor customer service. As an individual who buys tens of thousands of dollars worth of equipment at Home Depot on a yearly basis. I will never shop at this location again. The inability to conduct even the simplest of transactions and outright refusal to contact the store manager is what I feel makes this home depot terrible at customer service.Refusal to contact a manager despite multiple requests.Inability to handle the pro desk on a Sunday.Amanda refused to escalate my simple issue.
