I bought a heavy bag there when the pandemic started. The bag has lasted more than I expected. It’s still in good shape. The only reason why I give it 3 stars is because of customer service. The girl that works there ( who really believes she’s a guy) was rude. She was acting all tough and seriously lacks customer service.

Hi,I just wanted to take a minute and add that the lady I spoke to I believe her name was Mary went beyond and above the Call of duty in not only fulfilling my order but making sure everything was top-notch and to my satisfaction which of course it was.
