The ledges were a mess all thanks to pigeons who were having a time of their life there. I wanted to get rid of them asap as I was annoyed by the roosting and droppings were testing my OCD. So, I stumbled upon Pro Bird Control Rochester while looking for a bird management company. I am so satisfied with their service and the fee that they charge. The installed Bird Slide on the ledges which has kept the pigeons since that day in the most humane and kind way. Ryan and Sam were quick, well equipped and very professional. Five out of five stars.

I bought my first home last year — just a single gal on her own — and it was within about three or four months that I started to hear things from what seemed like up in the attic. Mortifyingly, I called 911 first, thinking that there was a stranger waiting to kill me up there, but after two nice policemen came out and advised me that it was birds I had a problem with, no burglars or murderers, I figured I should probably call the right people. I haven’t heard a single noise from up there since he left, and he only laughed a little bit at my bird-cop misfortune. I learned some lessons about homeownership in my first few months — never underestimate the importance of animal control and checking your property!!
