My mom got a power chair through PRN. It took a while to get it because of the back and forth getting the paperwork straight, but because Todd was adamant that the paperwork was correct before the powerchair was delivered her insurance company paid their 90% which made it affordable for my mom. We were very thankful that he took care of all of the hassle with her doctor and insurance so we didn’t have to. I know how many hoops the insurance companies make businesses jump through to be paid for equipment.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! Do not do any type of business here, especially if you are ordering any medical equipment. Todd at PRN Medical is the most unprofessional and untruthful employee in the business. My grandmother has been trying to get an electric wheelchair from this company (dealing with Todd) for over a year now. I can’t believe these are the employees that are supposed to work on behalf of the elderly and disabled. Totally horrible company! Do not do business of any kind here- they’re the worst! Wish I could give this place a zero star review.
