It’s a good service:I love it. No more buying printer ink or printers. I would like the service at any location, I’m sure, but I’ll speak specifically about this one. The printer is prominently located and easily accessible, against the west wall, off to the right side of the counter. It’s out of the way of the counter traffic and one can dash in and pick things up that have printed, OR order a coffee and snack WHILE finishing a document, THEN print it. Proof read it and you’re done, all in one place with free internet.. Friends have printed, then forgotten to pick up documents: Days later the documents are still there intact. So that’s a big (hopefully never used) plus in my opinion. This service itself is wonderful: Simply using the email instruction printed on the machine and/or detailed on the website. Get the information/payment email, respond: Then it prints. PDF’s and large documents take a couple of minutes to transfer; word and text documents are almost instantaneous. I use the email procedure; I don’t use the app because old versions of the app actually consistently crashed two of my phones: which I didn’t think was possible as nothing else EVER has ‘ . BUT IT’S A GREAT SERVICE.

I love this service! I chose not to own a printer at home because I don’t print enough. For those once in a while small print jobs this is so easy and convenient. It was quick without an hiccups. I would totally recommend it!
