After getting the run around fron my insurance company about civering a prescription, I finally decide to pay cash. Im told on Thursday on the phone that the pharmacist would uave to order it and she wouldnt have it til Tuesday of the next week. Dissapointing, but ok fine. I call Tuesday afternoon and am told that she has to order it and it wont be in til tomorrow after 3. Im supposed to start this medication in the morning. So now I have to wait til Thursday to treat a condition. Ive suffered with my entire life because the pharmacist dropped the ball. Not to mention that its a controlled substance so I’m made to feel like im drug seeking because I’m paying cash. This pharmacist is a joke. As soon as I am able I will be switching pharmacies. If I could give a zero rating I would.
