Very good pretzels…if you can get staff off their cell phones or find someone to wait o you. Yesterday several custs waited while staff was on phone. Most custs left without being waited on. I will not go back.

This place sucks. The guy working the front counter is rude and disrespectful. Waited 25 mins for some fodd that was done 15mins ago all because he wanted to be a butthole and had a attitude when I asked for my drink while I wait. Then my food came out burnt. Never again I’ll go to Annie’s pretzel before I ever return to this terrible place.
