My husband and I bought a 2009 Toyota Matrix at this location on March 3rd, 2021. We were offered 2000 miles or 6 months, whichever comes first. As of today, we have a piece of metal sitting in front of our house, useless, with no registration, no title, since the 30 day registration and tag period expired, and we have not received the title and registration that we paid this company to get for us through their “agency” yet.As the days go by, weeks go by, we get in contact with the General Manager of this dealership, Jay, who was very nice and knowledgeable at that moment of everything he was doing, he now only told us that he is at the mercy of the “agency” doing the paperwork and we need to wait until the agency sent it back.We call Jay every week to get updates. He told us that the agency would get the documents on April 16, 2021, then when we called that day he say that the agency delayed it again for the next coming. “There is nothing I can do,” said Jay, like every other call.We texted Jay today April 20, 2021 to have an update. He will call the agency tomorrow to find out.I will update you this week with my unfortunate story.As the person, who commented, mentioned below, I was offered to register the car on my own on April 6, 2021 in one my call to Jay after the 30 days have passed, the temp tag was already expired, and me and my family we all caught COVID. We just tested negative a few days ago. Also, Jay forgot that he needed to the paper of my car; he realized that he needed to our paperwork when I emailed him and then when did not replied to my email on March 17, 2021, I called him to have an update about our paperwork. This is the reason why all this happening. Furthermore, it is almost May and Jay only tells me that everything is on the agency’s hands and that there is nothing he can do about it.Today, April 26, 2021, I have called Jay three times and he did not pick up the phone calls and then I texted him and also no replies.UPDATED – April 26, 2021Finally, I got my paperwork on April 30, 2021. I got in contact with Jay through email and he was able to get the paperwork to me that same day.Thank you!UPDATED – 05-13-2021
