Update: the showroom manager contacted us back after the sales rep we were working with left unexpectedly. We have our faucet now.I used these guys for an entire kitchen remodel about 4 years ago and they were great. So we recently went back to buy a faucet. We were told it came in and to go pick it up in Dublin. When we go there, the warehouse had nothing. We’ve tried to contact PBK all week with no response (emails and phone call). I’m ready to cancel the charge on the credit card. The customer service is terrible for an expensive high end place like this.

Need an appointment, was turned away when I arrived. That’s not how people want to shop, making an appointment ahead of time with a sales person following their every move. – Edit following their response, I didn’t realize this was due to COVID (they didn’t mention that), they told me I wasn’t able to go on because all of their sales reps were currently working with other people inside and that in order to view the showroom I needed to be walked around with a sales rep. Increasing 1 star to 2 stars.
