Honestly I just was looking for a place to install a radio in my wife’s car. This place didn’t have exactly what I was looking for but said if I bought the radio they’d install it for me. So I bought the radio, called them, told them vehicle and radio I wanted installed, and then proceeded to schedule an appointment. I could have done all this through best buy and gotten free installation but didn’t want to wait the 6-8 weeks for an appointment so I figured I’d be more than happy to pay a local shop to do it sooner. I dropped the car off the day of my appointment and left it there. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30pm that day. At 4pm that day after work I still hadn’t received any kind of status update so I called. I was put on hold for a very long time which I know means whoever answered the phone was probably scrambling to give me an answer. Turns out they hadn’t ordered a new faceplate for my vehicle at all even though they knew it was going to need a new one. They didn’t order or have the proper harness even though they knew the vehicle and radio when I called to make the appointment. In the end they literally did nothing with my vehicle all day and hadn’t even called to tell me they weren’t going to be able to do anything because they hadn’t ordered any of the necessary parts needed. I was told I could come pick up the vehicle and that they’d order the parts needed and call me to schedule a new appointment and get everything installed. I got there to pick up the vehicle and the keys were essentially thrown at me with no apology or anything for wasting my time. At this point I still have not received any call to let me know the proper parts are in and so I ended up calling an entirely different place, scheduled an appointment, they ordered and received all the necessary parts and have now already installed everything all at an even lower price somehow. Listen I don’t like bombing businesses. I get that people can suck and expect the world. But I really wasn’t expecting anything crazy and the 2 times I was physically in the store all the employees/owners just seemed miserable and treated customers like idiots. Not a great look or a great way to do business. My review would honestly be a zero if that was an option. Steer clear.

You hear horror stories about mechanics ripping people off. The people at precision auto are the complete opposite, they will give you an honest quote of what work needs to be done with you car truck etc. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
