My car was hit from the rear. I got paid out by my insurance and only had a limited amount of money to spend because they totaled my car. I brought the car to a nearby shop and the bumper fell off just a few days later. I brought the car into pratow and the experience was great. They put the bumper on real fast, pulled the frame and had everything done lickity split. The girl behind the counter had a great smile too! Thanks guys

I got hit and needed my car towed and then fixed. I called Pratow and they came right out, were so nice and then repaired my car. The car looks good as new. They accepted my insurance company and dealt with everything with my insurance. They even sanitized my car upon pickup and have signs up to make sure social distance is in place and facial coverings are used. I can’t say enough great things.
