Nice place until they make you leave for not having a mask on after they let you threw the front door and take your temp then do not even offer to provide one I guess they’re not hurting after the pandemic of being closed we will purchase somewhere else

We bought a men’s fragrance where we asked for eau de parfum and were given eau de toilette. When I opened the plastic wrapper, I noticed it was eau de toilette. I went back to Prada in the Galleria and the manager told me that I could not exchange it just because of the plastic wrapper!!! I was about to buy another fragrance from them for my dad. But they’d rather lose business than to care about customer service!! I’m more than disappointed in their policies! I had also just purchased a fragrance from them besides this one. I hope the general manager does the right thing so I can update this review. Until then, I’m extremely upset!!
