I went in today to pick up some more paint to touch up my walls. The employee helping me in New Braunfels.was extremely helpful despite the fact that she was the only one working and her phone was ringing nonstop. Unfortunately they did not have the color we needed due to the shortages in paint coming in, but checked the San Marcos store and found that they did have a 5 gallon bucket of what we were looking for and gave us their address. When we got to San Marcos, the employee was also very friendly and had the bucket ready to go for us. I neglected to get a name for either employee, but they were the only ones working on Memorial Day in each location. Both of these individuals showed exemplary customer service even though they were extremely busy and I am clearly not their normal clientele of professional painters. I will be back!
