Poor customer service. Will take full advantage of an opportunity to sell you a bike.One of the few shops that will not let you test ride a bike before you purchase. If you don’t like the bike your S.O.L. and stuck with it. They will tell you that you can return it if you don’t like it but first you have to sign their contracts to ride the bike, now you legally bound to the bike. They tell you it’s because their insurance wont allow test rides, but geez your selling motorcycles! Get and insurance company that will let you do business ethically. Your competitors allow test rides why cant you?How do you expect your customers to make and informed decision before purchasing, by sitting on the bike in the showroom. Seriously, your in the business of selling motorcycles a test ride is giving your customers a chance to make a sound decision.Save yourself the headache and purchase from a shop that will let you test ride because there are plenty out there.Lesson learned the hard way I will never spend another dime at this shop.
