Terrible service. Bedframe arrived with bent frame. Delivery company took pictures and said they were forwarding to customer service and we would get a call. Never received a call, so we called them. Appears transport company never spoke with them. Staff were totally unhelpful. Hours spent on phone to no avail.

This review is not for any store but the business itself. Purchased two beds for my kids and sold off the old bed based on their delivery estimate. They have been going on delaying delivery and did not even bother to inform about the delays. After much delay when part of the order is ready to ship they are delaying partial delivery saying no delivery slots are available. Terrible experience! They used to be better , I wonder what happened for them to deteriorate so much!
