Same things are priced higher and quality lowered year after year.

Nice staff with quality products, but not any for me.

I was looking for drapery for our master bedroom. I went to the store in Stanford. The store manager, George provided the excellent service. He went above and beyond. This was my first time buying drapery and not sure what to look for. He patiently explained all the choices, pro and cons. I finally picked the set I liked. But most of the parts are not in this store. He even went to different stores to pick them up for me!!! I got the set much faster than if I ordered them online. I’m very happy with the purchase. the quality of the products are good. The prices are much lower than the specify store. Thank you George for you excellent service.

My husband and I tried to go here but it’s not even a barn. Very misleading. One star.

Pretty bad customer service. How tough is it for a rep to find how much a glass costs. Seams like 15 minutes and clueless are the answers.
