I love this store…I went in just to pick up some carpet samples and ended up purchasing a leather recliner and scarlett ottoman. I will be going back for a sofa + later as well. This is a review of the staff at the Thousand Oaks store not the chain itself. In the past two months we have ordered two large sets of furniture. Both times staff went out of their way to assist us and make sure we got what we wanted, including calling other stores to get extra chairs to complete our outdoor set we needed right away. While corporate, they made us feel more like a mom and pop operation. (Just try and wait for the sales!)
