This is the first time I’ve ever had to complain about Potbelly, I found a long strand of hair in my sandwich, but the worst part was that the sandwich wasn’t even a sandwich, all the veggies and chicken was out of the bread, it was really made sloppy. Please do better. The food here is great, and so is the customer service.

We love coming to this potbellys. The staff is always great. They don’t seem like they hate their jobs. Everything we order is always consistent and fresh. Of course the chicken salad is amazing. The atmosphere is relaxed and the decor is vintage. Just an all around great place to get a sandwich!

First of all, I do not blame the counter workers, I blame management for my bad experience. I put in a pickup order and showed up at the time it suggested. I ordered pickup so I wouldn’t have to spend time in a crowded restaurant during a pandemic. Instead I ended up standing in their for 30 minutes and eventually leaving without my food. All the while, watching people order at the counter, get their food, eat and leave.
