Pros: Wonderful people!! I love how they always greet me and wish me a good day. And they are incredibly friendly and quick. 10/10 would recommend.Cons: Unnecessarily overpriced. If you need to print 1 document from a PC, minimum you’ll be charged is several cents below $6 I HIGHLY recommend not printing here unless you’re absolutely desperate. I go to school at NYU and I legitimately contemplated on taking the 6 train all the way to Washington Sq. Park just to print at my library, as many times as I want, for ✨free✨. Then coming back.They also charge if you need to use tape, scissors, etc. So point of the matter is this:1) Pack your packages at home. Use your own supplies.2) if you’re returning packages from Amazon, request a UPS pickup in lieu of printing a label. When they pickup your package, they’ll actually have the label with them.3) Try to print the documents you need at home, work, school, friends/families house, classmates, etc.All in all, I actually like the company a lot. And I hope to see improvement in their price scale as they become more successful.

Critical: Value Love the atmosphere, and the workers there are always super nice and helpful. I wish the pricing would change because I made 2 copies and was charged $5 for it. Whereas the library costs like $0.12. It’s super weirdly scaled especially when the print isn’t even colored (which shouldn’t even be more than $1).

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Got prints done in under 5 minutes! Very friendly staff. They also have cardstock prints as an option and for a great price.
