I normally go in here to drop off my packages.I was disappointed today. I went in to drop off a package.I had the e-label. The gentleman said he didn’t know what that was but if I forwarded him the email he could put the label on. It seemed seamless until he said that I had to pay for him printing the label. I mentioned that at no point did he say I would be charged for the printing and if he had told me this before I could have returned with the label. It was not the cost of the printing but the principle. This is deceptive and I felt cheated.

Postal Annex is great for my specialized mailings – and they keep a notary on staff! The wait is never long, and the staff is always skilled and helpful. There’s also a nice selection of cards, as well as a limited amount of office supplies – the supplies aren’t at Costco prices, but sometimes it’s worth it to me to grab envelopes or post-its for immediate use.Can’t beat this place for convenience, and the prices are reasonable. I might be able to save a few pennies on the USPS mailings by going to the post office, or a few pennies on UPS by finding a UPS location, or by finding a FedEx location… but this place does it all, does it quickly, and does it with a smile.Thank you Postal Annex!
