I have been shipping UPS boxes for 18 years. This is the 1st time UPS had lost my package, and it was 6 of them! Weird part is that 1 of the 7 packages dropped off to this location are tracking in the UPS system, what happened to the rest?I had the problem above, and the Brian from the Postal Annex on Green River Road called UPS to open up a service ticket. UPS looked into it and the packages, although not entered into their tracking system, were finally delivered. I’m leaving them a 5-start review primarily because of their customer service, and their their ability to follow-up on customer inquiry.

I’ve had a box here for three years and it has been smooth during that time. Often they receive many packages so you will need to ensure that you have received all of your packages before you leave, but they are very friendly and it is very convenient.

The hours online are false. They say they open at 8:00am but when I checked at the location the hours on the door are 10:00. 2 hour difference is a big difference
