The owner will not bend at all if you leave your package there over 5 days..he will charge $35-$50 fee. I told the owner that I am moving, so you would think he would be a little lenient. Unfortunately, I paid two years in advance.. ughMoreover, I have been there for over 20 years before he took over the store. Customer service prior to Ravi taking over was excellent

Are you going to the FedEx place in Calabasas auto on Calabasas Road I’m assuming this is the same place I’ve had phone service I spoken to the owner of that usually has assistant helps me however the owner has helped me at times they go to my car and help me bring in packages when I ask them to MM haven’t had a problem so I hope that you look at both reviews and try them they’re very helpful

Ravi is a rotten human being. Always has a sour look on his face, always gives you a hard time, doesn’t understand what customer service looks like. I went in to the store today and his mask wasn’t on (not that I care), my mask was on but partially covering my nose. He started screaming at me that it needs to be on, I laughed and said yours wasn’t on at all a second ago. He got irate and threatened to close my box, wouldn’t give me a package that came to me.
