Posh Baby is the place to go if you’re looking for baby furniture!!! The customer service and experience is absolutely top notch. Justin spent ~3 hours with my mom and me over the weekend to help pick out beautiful, high quality and safe furniture for my child. As a first time Mom, I was overwhelmed with the number of options available for each baby product. Justin shared his knowledge with me about everything from baby furniture and strollers to pacifiers and bottles, and I felt he really wanted to make sure I had accurate information to make the best decision possible for me and my baby. What an exceptionally pleasant experience it was buying furniture from Posh Baby and Teen. The only regret was not finding out about this place for our first child. But very happy we did for our second one. The customer experience is what really sets this place apart. We visited the store on multiple occasions, and each time the staff excellent. Our first visit we had the pleasure of working with Eric, who really helped us navigate which furniture sets worked for us in terms of style, price, and our narrow delivery window. On our second visit, we worked with Justin, who was able to guide us to our perfect set. Both Eric and Justin were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured or pushed into making any purchases, and both were very patient, allowing us to take all the time we needed. Even after the purchase was made, my wife came back to the store with bedding and paint squares to figure out what color would look best with the new furniture, and Justin was there to help. I can’t say enough good things about this place!
