I have been using the PWMR for years. The employees there were nice and helpful until recently. The current one is very rude. I called to track a UPS package dropped off a day earlier, and she put me on hold and apparently had no intention to pick up the phone again. I called back again. She was so unwilling to help – questioned me the exact time I dropped off the package, and then told me “call the UPS” with a nasty tone. PWMR was convenient that I could drop off my packages and mail at one location. But with her altitude, I would prefer to take care my shipping without going there again.

I wish I could say I had a different experience here. I’ve never seen a more disrespectful, unhelpful, and frankly rude customer-service experience. While I was in the store, I was helped by someone who I later found out did not work at the store. While I waited, two other customers walked out due to rude behavior of workers and unbelievable price gouging. While I was being helped, I waited 20 minutes while both workers did not follow appropriate Covid-19 protocols of distancing and appropriate mask wearing. Finally, I paid an arm and a leg for a basic ground package. I received a call later that the worker that does not work there did not enter the shipping information I provided correctly. I tried to speak to the worker/owner and they would not take the time to speak to me and rectify the issue. Take your packages elsewhere in this town or to the USPS; an absolute disgrace to customer-service in one’s attempt to support a small-town store. Stay away at all costs.
