Not a great experience. We came here the day after Halloween for a free deal they handed out at an event. It took 1 hour to make 6 sandwiches. We had upset toddlers and the staff were very rude ( one teenage girl in particular). I was ready to jump behind the counter and make my sandwich myself. It was like watching the process in slow motion. The food was decent but definitely not worth the time and if I had paid, it would not have been worth the money
