BUYER ALERT! RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! PUNCHED CAR SOLD AS NEW WITHOUT DISCLOSURE!We purchased our ‘NEW’ Cayenne at Porsche Walnut Creek last year, but it turned out the car is a punched car that we won’t get a full 4-year warranty for this new car purchase, we only found this out when we took our car to service at another dealer and was told the factory warranty started 6 months earlier than our purchase date. This is a material fact that was never being disclosed during the entire sale process and we thought we are buying a new car with full 4-year warranty and based our price negotiation based on that assumed fact. In fact, our sales rep mentioned multiple times that this is a new car during the sale process, marked the car as new on the contract, even the service dept printed out a maintained sheet has the car marked with full 4-year warranty. Everything during the sale process was super deceiving. When we reached out the Walnut Creek Porsche for this issue, they refused to offer any help and told us the warranty is disclosed in the contract. We then realized there’s an unobvious, internal look like, unofficial look like piece of paper among other 30s pages that has one line says warranty valid till July 2022 (we purchased our car on 18 Dec). Everyone who has signed any sort of paper will know how impossible it is to notice such a fine print during the paper signing process. I am surprised by the fact that when we reached out to them, instead of trying to solve this issue, they lied in front of our face telling us that they have disclosed this fact to us.I am not crazy, punched car is fine, but this is the first time I am seeing a dealer who doesn’t call it out during the sale process pretending the car totally new.If you are thinking of buying here, do yourself a favor go somewhere else. Or, if you really want to try, make sure you go through every single line of your contract and double triple check before signing. These people are not honest and don’t care about their customers.

Very nice staff here. I came here with my two sons and daughter. Some dealer staff members just kinda flip you off and ignore you but the gentleman, I believe he was East Indian or perhaps Pakistani, apologies if I am wrong, was very helpful. My younger son day trades and has a full time job. Recently, he earned $225,000 in a day and wanted to window shop. The salesman was very informative and did not hesitate to answer any questions. He let my kids sit in the various Porches in the showroom and even offered beverages to us. Unfortunately, my son’s dream car is a Lexus LC500 and hasn’t heard much about Porsche. Congrats to Porsche of Walnut Creek for hiring friendly and knowledgeable professionals for their sales staff!
