Not sure how to rate this one. The food is really good. But 9 out of 10 times we never get it in a timely manner. And often you think we’ll if you wait then it will be fresh. That is not true sadly. Last time we waited no less than 20 min for some chocolate beignets. Only 20 min because my husband went to talk to them and found out they forgot about us. So they gave us extra fries for our trouble which I was glad about because the first ones were old. So we are not allowed to go before work anymore because we literally run late everytime and it’s not worth it. But when the food is fresh it is some of the best chicken around. Oh yeah and when I finally got my beignets they were a soggy mess. So good food and super bad management.

Ordered drive thru , they said it would take 3 min. for the chicken tenders, so please pull around to parking and order would be right out. 25 min later now and all three cars in lot ate still waiting for food. It seems every time we come here the order gets screwed up or we wait forever. I think it time to go back to Churches Chicken. If I could give this place a negative Stars, I would.

They forgot some of my food, which is fine, accidents happen. But the doors were locked and nobody would answer the phone. I was not about to get back in the drive through for 1 piece of chicken. Besides, it’s past time you opened your lobby back up.
