great service, really friendly workers. especially the ones at the drive thru. orders take 7 minutes max. there was a girl who even ran to our car in the pouring rain to give us our order. gave her a well deserved tip!!

If I could give this a negative rating I would definitely do that. I ordered a $50+ family meal online. After 25 minutes i arrived and it still was not ready! The “manager” is blatantly rude and horribly unprofessional! She may want to find another line of work-away from the public! I will NOT be going back and do NOT recommend this fast food restaurant to anyone else. What a shame!

Order has been wrong numerous times, they never give you sauce even after you tell them at the drive thru and they say to remind them at the window and then you still don’t get it and have to go back and ask yet again, the chicken tenders mostly aren’t even tenders….some are decent, and then you will get tiny scrawny pieces that probably fell off of other tenders and floated around but are still counted as a separate tender. I love every other Popeyes I’ve been to, and I’ve given this place a ton of chances, but it has basically been the same every time. Sandwich is good and the sides are good, but they need some help. That place is too new to be messing up like this already.
