We had been looking for a pool for weeks. I called Pools Plus and they encouraged me to come in and talk to Dylan. Prices over the phone were consistent in person. The person on the phone was very polite and patient with my questions. I got to Pools Plus just as they were closing but they opened their doors to us. Dylan was very kind, professional, and offered us options for ordering a pool. Other pool suppliers just gave up and told me I was too late to order and gave me prices that were astronomical. I am so glad we found Pools Plus!! **editing here just to say we can’t wait to open the pool up this summer!! The kids had such a great time and we felt like we were at a resort every day!**

Put our pool in this week. Good crew, owners are nice guys. Really busy this year catching up from covid so a little hard to connect with at times but overall a good experience. Went to the store today to get water tested and chemicals setup and was easy and smooth experience.

It’s a sad story…. I would rate them 4 or 5 stars because the product is good, installation went fine, and they closed it in the fall fine. I accidentally overpaid them $325.00 when I bought the pool. Went down to discuss matter, believe it was Dylan who went over contract and acknowledged over payment. We agreed to store credit. Used majority on closing last fall. Employee on site tallied up invoice, and said I still had a credit (10/11 dollars). Went down last Tuesday 7/7 to buy chemicals. Dylan wasn’t around. Employee called him, but would not credit purchase. Was told he had to review matter and would call me. I’M STILL WAITING! It’s not the money – $11.00 won’t break me. but if I took an $11.00 item would Dylan just let it go? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, and like MANY other negative reviews HE does not call back. Like I said – sad…….UPDATE 7/22:Received a call from Dylan today, he was quite cordial and apologized for any misunderstanding. Long story short, I have my credit intact to be applied next time I go to POOLS PLUS. Thank you for calling back, and I do appreciate you taking care of my issue like a true professional. 5 Stars………
