I have been shopping at Pookie for years now!! I love, love, love their clothes!! The ladies and gentlemen who work there are fabulous!! Rosanna helped me the other day she makes the shopping experience amazing. It’s like having a personal shopper at your fingertips. Horrible experience, went in and tried on some dresses and one of the ladies barged in whilst I was changing and asked me how the dress was, I told her that I was too large and she rudely told me that I needed to zip up the back even though I already did. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I was there with a couple of friends and then she opened the changing room curtains while my friend was completely exposed in front of the other customers. My friend stormed out in tears and the lady continued to yell at us saying how we should not come into the store just to “play around”. This is completely unacceptable, I am horrified by the customer service.
