The staff was friendly and helpful. However the store’s product assortment was a bit off. I was looking for a traditional button-down shirt for big and tall. There were very few shirts in my size. I found only one shirt that had my desired combination of size, fit, fabric and price. And their prices have increased dramatically. Although I got it at a discount, the shirt I purchased had a retail price of $98. Another ordinary button-down shirt had a full retail price of $110.
