We have an older washer and dryer that needed some TLC. I called Poletski’s and they sent out Jessie who turned out to be fantastic! He was professional and knowledgeable with a great attitude and took care of our ailing washer that we thought was a goner.Thank you Poletski’s and especially Jessie who will be my go to service providers from now on.

Don’t shop here! They have no concern for customer satisfaction! I purchased a used washer and dryer for $700 here in April. The dryer has never worked very well and in about a month the washing machine broke down. They did repair it under their 90-day warranty. Now 4 months later the washer has broken down again. I went to the showroom and found a new washing machine that I liked. They told me they couldn’t match Home Depot’s price and I was all right with that given my desire to shop local. When I told them about my disappointment regarding the lifespan of the premium priced used washing machine I purchased a short time ago, at about half the price of a brand new unit, the only thing they would do about it is not charge for delivery of the new unit. There shop is less than 2 miles from my home. I told the salesman I was very dissatisfied with that response and he told me that he had talked to the owner and that was all he could do. Giving there blatant disregard for selling me a lemon washing machine I will not shop there in the future and I recommend you do the same.

All was going well. They even priced matched. It was the lack of communication that really bothered me.Updated Review: I’m updating my review because in the end they really came through. Yes, we had a rough start and yes, we were the Murphy’s law of customers, but as I mentioned, in the end they came through for us. So, thank you to Victor our salesman and to Rick for helping us out in the end.
