The Polestar PopUp store is a foretaste of what Polestar has in store for its fans and perspective customers. The staff at this location is professional and welcoming. They gently get to know you and share with you all the amazing features that make these cars exceptional. Overall delightful and pleasant experience.

Prior to pre-ordering the Polestar 2, my family and I came in twice to look at the car. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We talked to Danny, David, Walter, Kamiko, and Maddy and it’s like having a casual conversation. Unlike a dealership, there’s no pressure to buy the car. They just want to show you the vehicles and answer any questions you may have, which you might have being that not many people are familiar with Polestar. Given the current situation, they’re always sanitizing the vehicles which gives people extra peace of mind. Anyone looking for a Tesla alternative or an EV with the backing of Volvo should visit this place to get hands on with the cars, and yes you can also test drive the Polestar 2.
