Called in early August to see about getting something engraved. Told by nice man on phone, yes they can do that when the store open after Aug 18. I go to store on Aug 20 and am greeted at the door by a woman saying? “What do you want” not hello, how can we help. I tell her what I’m there for. Then a man that is talk big behind a wall that I can’t see proceeds to tell me they aren’t open. Not sure where the nice man in the phone was but I would never go back to this store and would not recommend it to anyone. We are having tough times but I thought people appreciated getting business. Not this place.

Went to this jeweler to have a clasp replaced on a string of pearls gifted to me, which was already broken. when I had to explain for the third time that the clasp did not work, I was told by the jeweler that maybe I shouldn’t have played with it and broken it in the first place. Wow. Come here if you wish to be reprimanded for being given a gift that was broken before you received it.
