Always the best service here! You won’t go wrong if you go with questions or to make a purchase. I go in semi-regularly, and have never had a bad, or even mediocre experience. They get busy on weekends, and you may have to wait a bit to speak with someone, but it’s worth a little time. Everyone here is super knowledgeable about all types of cycling.

It took me awhile to finally choose my bike but all along the way the staff here have been super helpful with suggestions and explanations. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. They have also done excellent repair work for my bikes. Just picked up my Santa Cruz Tallboy and immediately took it on some great trails in Wilmington.

As a LP visitor, I was lucky enough to have a repair taken care of at 4pm on a Friday, the day before I was leaving town. Liam provided exemplary customer service with an excellent repair. If they treat visitors this way, LP locals should take advantage of this fine shop.
