Very upsetting I ordered at 9:30am for a scheduled delivery at 11:45 for my daughters lunch due to distance learning starting at 12:30. When the babysitter called at 11:50 “the order way on its way” when I called at 12:00 “the order was on its way” when we called at 12:10 “the order way on its way” finally when I called AGAIN at 12:20 the order had just arrived. I would have understood they are having technical issues if they had produced decent customer service to make us aware of the delay however they choose to consistently dismiss us and our time line. I was offered a discount on my next order however I have no obligation or desire to order from Puzza Guys again. It’s ok to have IT issues but at least make an effort to make your customers aware.

Ordered a special order pizza and a pepperoni with extra cheese. Always good quality pizza with plenty of toppings. The lady inside was nice, told me I get a free 2 liter of soda (which I had no idea they did that). Definitely recommend.

My experience is that you have to be careful when you order. I was trying to get the pizza guys combo it is priced at about 28 dollars online but this young girl at the register was charging 48.00 dollars ,what??? I asked and she said that is the cost ,no way if you advertise something at a certain price you have to honor that.
