The staff is friendly when you walk into the store, make a purchase.Be very careful. Not only are you paying top $$ for merchandise, but you are getting something that comes with NO followup, NO customer service once the item is delivered. best of luck if there’s damage or if something breaks within the first year. No one from Pirch will assist you. The sales rep will pass your number to others, they will email you saying we’ll get back to you.. they will give you the run around and never assist you. Be wise, shop around and don’t fall for the fake smile you get when you walk into the store.

Unfortunately they are still using the Covid-19 excuse to have low staff, I believe it’s time to start to get away from that excuse to not staff your store ( It’s still in the greyish area but the excuse is getting old)
