While the wares are reasonably priced this is one of the most incompetent business I have ever had the misfortune of doing business. I remodeled two bathrooms and allowed 90 days to acquire parts for the project…Not only did they not deliver when they said but they screwed up the order three times by not checking and ensuring all the parts were ordered. It has now been six months and I am still waiting for the final parts to be delivered.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They sold and installed a faulty range hood and I’m now working on two years and I am going to have to sue them for damages for an Imperial Hood that never sucked enough air to vent the rooms. DON’T USE THEM…I’m going back to Pacific Sales. They don’t stand behind anything they do or anything they sell.
