Great experience!! All the staff were super welcoming, energetic, and very helpful. They have things for pools, home, spa, etc. Definitely enjoyed my visit at Pinch A Penny today! Highly recommend, will definitely be back!

The worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life i have went in there 2 different occasions the first time i was asking questions about salt vs. chlorine and he couldn’t answer the question asked about salt water system they said they would call when they got in and never did!! On my second occasion called on the phone they told me they had the salt water system so i went to the store and they told me it wasn’t for my pool if I didn’t walk up to the employees they would have never helped me i do not recommend this location they are zero help and do not have any manners
