I ordered some skates but before I did I measured my foot and I reached out to customer service to confirm the best size for me to get.. well my calculations and customer services calculations about what size I should get were the same so I made my purchase I received the skates. Unfortunately they are too big. They approved me for a return but say I would pay for shipping and they pay to ship back.. WHY am I paying double shipping for skates that are too big? I went off of their size charts and the advisement of a customer service rep when I selected my size so it does not make sense that I would have to pay to get the correct size.. I saw a bunch of bad reviews about this shop after the fact and I truly wish that I had looked before I leaped. The bad reviews stand out more than the good reviews and that is sad. I should not have to pay to exchange my skates unless I am upgrading which I was willing to do and pay the difference.. I emailed customer service about the issue of me paying to reship and no response back yet. If you order from here I suggest you try to sale the skates you ordered and shop somewhere else. I’m very dissatisfied.
