The picture quality was perfect, and the photos were sized and cut just right.

I needed a photo of my father restored. I saw this place had five stars so I gave it a call. I asked how long it would take and he said about a week. I explained that my father had recently passed away and asked if there was any way he could have it before his funeral. He said that in that case he could have it ready the next day. The original photo is about 3×3, so I asked if he could make it bigger, 8×10. He said he could. I paid $43. I don’t know if that is a lot or a little. I would have paid twice that much for quality work. I wasn’t trying to go cheap on this, this was just the first place I tried. I was surprised when I saw the restoration and not in a good way. He did remove scratch marks that were on the photo. I had asked if he could work on the eyes, that he did!! It looks like he just blew up a photo copy of the original. No work was done to sharpen up the image at all. When I saw the work he had done on the eyes I told him I didn’t like the way they came out so he asked to give him a few minutes…. a few minutes, huh?!? He came back with a different print with what he considered the original eyes. They looked terrible. My dad looked like he was punched in both eyes and had black eyes. Looking at the photo again, it looks more like he added shades to my father’s photo. All it’s missing is the frame. Needless to say I won’t be going back. I paid $20 up front and $23 when I picked up the restored photo. I paid the man. I didn’t try to get my money back, I just paid but I did tell him that I wouldn’t be using the photo. I figured he would have at least offered to not charge me the remaining $23 but he did. Oh well I got what I paid for.

I took an old cracked photo of my mother in law for restoration to another photo shop. They did a terrible job. I asked around and was recommended to Photo Poster. Even though he was busy, Tony Camerena took the time to listen to me, and assured the job would be done right, and on time. Tony is a man of his word and a fine craftsman, He restored the photo perfectly, charged the price we had agreed upon, and had the job ready two days earlier than the due date. I couldn’t be more pleased, and will definitely be back.
