I went in with a cracked LG Wing screen. They ordered the new screen which arrived the following day. Drove over and watched as they repaired my phone. Very great service, nice people, and a great vibe. They really know what they are doing. Fixed my screen for less then what LG or Verizon quoted me. Will be going back again if I ever need other phone related repairs. Verizon and LG servicr(2-3 week waiting period for phone back from mail) plus more expensive repair < Phones R Fixed (2 day repair) and less expensive

Super friendly on the phone however the person I spoke to said they were ordering a phone case for me to call on Monday to see if came in I did call Monday left a couple messages now 10 days later calls still haven’t been returned what a disappointment Update to my situationI received my phone case I’m very satisfied with it I couldn’t make it to pick it up yes so the owner delivered it to my house!! I came to Phones R Fixed to get the screen replaced in my iPhone 11. I received my phone back, minutes after leaving the store I realized I got it back with the left side of my screen not working. I called the store and the guy was very professional and apologetic. He had me bring the phone back at my earliest convenience and he would fix it again for free. I brought it back the following Monday, and the guy replaced my screen within minutes. My phone now works perfectly, I highly suggest this business.
