Worst experience EVER!!! I was told my car would be ready by the end of day yesterday and here it is 123pm the next day and I’m being told that my car is just now up to be seen. Apparently come Saturday they skip over the cars from the previous week to do the cars that come in Saturday morning. Nobody informed me of this and all they can keep telling me is I wasn’t here when Joe set this up. They also are very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend them EVER! VERY SLOW!!!

Best service I’ve had in the Killeen area. I went in to have my driver side window repaired and they were very helpful in fixing the issue. They also did a maintenance check, sent me pictures of concerns, and were very proactive while waiting for the pieces to arrive to fix my window. They did all that for me in less than 3 hours, WITHOUT an appointment. Customer service/front desk was very informative, courteous, professional, and friendly. From start to finish I had no complaints with the service here at Phil’s.
