Girlfriend brought our dog to get groomed and ladies were rude and unprofessional. Closed 1 hour early so they could leave early and didn’t even dry her properly and didn’t brush her teeth since she still stinks. They spent 2 hours and didn’t even get it done right. My girlfriend complained and they said they gave her 20 dollars off but they did not because it isn’t on the receipt and so she ended up paying 84 dollars for a bath nails and anal glands and she is only an 8 month old puppy that weighs 40 lbs! There are a lot of other groomers who are more friendly and will do much better for a lot cheaper!

Thank you Markus for all your help. Your welcoming and friendly attitude as well as knowledge of fish was so very much appreciated. Very Welcoming Customer service and with a smile, even though we had masks on you could tell that he was smiling behind the mask because he was in his element and really enjoyed what he was doing. Again, thank you Markus for all your help. Made the visit to the Store even that much more enjoyable. Will definitely be coming back and asking for your help when I do.

The staff is friendly and helpful! They have knowledge of all products, and do t make you feel your bothering them with any question you ask. They care and it shows unlike the other pet store that I will never go to again, as most of them treat us like we annoy them.
