I had an appointment scheduled for this morning with Lori for grooming. While getting ready and in the bathroom I missed a call from Marabella from Petsmart grooming who canceled the appointment without reason. Leaving a voice message telling me if I wanted to reschedule to call back to the store. FYI: I’ll tried to call back to the store but because it is before 7:20 in the morning they’re closed. An option to come later would’ve been nice as I took the day off for nothing. Very unprofessional to call 45 minutes before an appointment without a valid call back number. Thanks
