During Covid I’ve been in the store a few times. Shelves were stocked and staff helpful. Everything is good. Removing one star because I’ve never seen more than one checkout person, even when the line is long. I understand the need to not overstaff, and usually the line is only 1 or 2 people so it moves quick enough. But still, when there’s 5 or even 7, the wait in line can be 10 or 15 minutes. Too long.

They had sold me a bag of expired ferret food. It was only 30 days expired but they made it right by crediting back the 20 to my debit card! They also let me keep the product. They were very nice and understanding. This has happened before and they were helpful then. The employees at petsmart were wonderful. Ferrets pictured are Eddie, Zoey and Crash

Employees were friendly and helpful! They helped me find the things I need quickly (even double checked that I got the right item) and helped me carry large items to the cashier!
