Alex is the best groomer. She is so kind and patient with my grandmothers elderly dog. Gadget is blind and has anxiety. Alex and the rest of the staff take great care of her and she always looks perfect when I pick her up.

What an awesome experience today at PetSmart. We went shopping for dog supplies and came back learning something about ball pythons. The PetSmart employee was taking care of some snakes when my daughters excitedly asked her about them. They were so inquisitive about the small snakes the employee was handling that they began to ask her questions. The employee gave me kids a 30min lesson on snakes and her experience. Although my kids couldn’t handle the snakes due to Covid policy they were super thrilled about the lesson they got up close and personal. Thanks PetSmart for being an advocate for all animals and learning.
