If you are anywhere near Santa Ana, Ca stay away from their grooming salon especially Lizbeth P. She could not follow directions and is quite awful at handling dogs. They previously told me several times they couldn’t groom one of my dogs because he moved around too much, since then, I have had him groomed elsewhere no problem. Also, I was charged for a full cut even though my dog only got a bath and brush. There are many very bad reviews for this specific location and you will be better off going to the Tustin, Ca location.
