Seems like they’re always short staffed, the wait and lines get soooo long.

The fish department is helpful and if you’re at least knowledgeable about the fish you want and understand the limits of your tank they don’t hound you with fish facts. If you do have questions they’re happy to answer them. No birds or small mammals currently but I did see a few reptiles and one terrapin.

Love it I get all my pet stuff here. But If you get a reptile I would recommend you to NOT buy the reptile heating rock because it will cause burns on your reptile.(Did not happen to my reptile but a friend of mine had it happen to theirs)

Have taken my puppy THREE times to receive a bath and his nails cut. When I get there I make sure I really tell them that he needs his nails done (he is too playful and his nails are too sharp) every time I’ve gone they tell me he is too scared and they didn’t do it (of course they charge for the full service as if they had done everything included) He has gone to the vet several times and they cut them for free telling me that he is a very good pup and doesn’t give them trouble. I’ve done them myself and he never complains but I try not to do it because I’m scared that I would cut them too short. Some people will be like “well, just take him to the vet and stop complaining” Well, it is a service that you are paying, and it seems like their staff don’t wanna do anything, if you are lazy enough to do it then do not offer services you won’t do and maybe people that specifically want that service will try to go somewhere else instead of paying for something you won’t do.
